HEES have successfully completed a blood fractionation project for BPL Therapeutics in Elstree, United Kingdom.
HEES undertook the design development of the BIM 3D model, coordinating the process piping and E&I installations.
We were responsible for the offloading and positioning of Process Vessels, Filter Press, Centrifuge & associated equipment.
Validated process pipework system installed included WFI, Purified Water, Process/CIP, Process Ethanol, Sterile Air, Instrument Air, Ethanol /Protein Drains.
Utilities installed included Water Ethanol/Water Glycol Systems (-27°C & -15°C), Plant Steam/Condensate, TCU piping systems.
